Within the next week, we’ll sign and return the form to you, along with a deposit invoice. This will serve as your official booking confirmation. Once the deposit is received, your booking will be fully secured!

Courtesy call

We will schedule a call 3 weeks before the event to introduce ourselves, re-confirm details in this contract and discuss:

• Performance space

• Equipment needed

• Parking

• Food and drink

• Song requests

• Interim music preferences

Pricing

We have a standard base rate of £600 which includes:

• equipment

• petrol (if journey time is within a 100 mile radius from London)

• The hire of the duo at the performance length of 2 x 45 minute sets with a break in between.

If you would like to add in any extra musicians or another performance these are charged at a rate of £250 per item.

If this is something you would like to add please specify in the table above.

Payment

An invoice will be sent for the deposit (£150), and followed by a second invoice for the remaining balance after the event. If you would prefer to pay cash on the day, please let us know.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel for any reason we ask that you give as much notice as possible.

• If cancellation happens 4 weeks before the event date you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• If cancellation happens under 4 weeks before the event, you will not receive your deposit back.

If for any reason we need to cancel, please be reassured this will only be due to unforeseen circumstances that may stop us from performing. In the case of cancellation, we will make sure you are provided with a similar act to ourselves and your fee is reduced.

This is not our only musical project and we are not a booking agent, life can be busy (especially summer) so I may not have time to reply to your emails straight away. Please don’t worry, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
