Eliot and Kat began busking on the streets of Spain to fund their travels. One day, they were gifted a Moroccan silver teapot to collect tips, which became their first “tip jar” and still accompanies every gig today. It now holds business cards, but occasionally welcomes tips—a reminder of their humble beginnings.
Starting with flamenco-inspired songs, their music evolved into the swing jazz style they’re known for today. Over time, they’ve built a diverse repertoire, catering to a wide range of audiences and events.
The musical connection between Eliot and Kat runs deep. Having played together for so long, they’ve developed an intuitive way of performing, creating a dynamic energy in every show.
Now, The Teapot Travellers are a captivating jazz/swing band with guitar, double bass, trumpet, trombone, and vocals, specializing in creating a sophisticated and celebratory atmosphere. Their setlist ranges from classic jazz standards to contemporary hits reimagined in their signature style.

Frequently asked questions
Do you bring all the equipment I will need for my event?
Yes, we bring a full PA set up with al the equipment needed. If we are playing in the evening we will also bring some vintage soft lighting. Of course, every event is differant and maybe the space is small enough for us to do it accoustclly, so of course this will all be discussed on our introduction call.
How Long Do You Normally Play For?
We’re happy to be flexible with our performance time, and our pricing will reflect that. Our base rate covers two 45-minute sets, with the option to add additional performance time for an extra fee. Let us know what works best for you!
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the specifics of each enquiry. We have a base rate that we work from, with additional costs for any extras. However, we always aim to be as accommodating as possible and can work within your budget.
If you're interested in booking both the Duo and the full band as a package, we offer discounted rates for that. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll tailor a quote to suit your needs!
How can I contact you?
You can reach us via email or phone, or simply click ‘Booking Form’ in the ‘Book Now’ section below. Once you fill it out, we’ll send over the final form, which acts as our contract when signed—securing all the details for your peace of mind. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
We’ll also give you a call three weeks before the event to go over the finer details and make sure everything is set and ready to go!
